What Jacklyt is
Jacklyt is a free tool that lets you create personality quizzes, share them via a URL, and let others play instantly. All quiz data is encrypted client-side and stored only in the link itself. We provide the service as-is, without any guarantees of uptime or continuity.

Acceptable use
You agree not to use Jacklyt to create quizzes that are hateful, harassing, defamatory, or illegal. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer the encryption, abuse the service with automated requests, or use it in any way that could harm other users or Jacklyt itself.

Your content
You own the quiz content you create. Because answers are encrypted in the URL and never reach our servers, we have no access to your content. By sharing a link, you take full responsibility for what it contains and who you share it with.

Advertising
Jacklyt is free and supported by display advertising. By using the service, you agree to the display of ads. Ad content is served by third-party networks (currently Google AdSense) and is not controlled by Jacklyt.

Jacklyt may link to or integrate with third-party platforms (WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) for sharing purposes. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of those services.
